The preliminary interview is the first and perhaps most important step in understanding the client’s goals, personal tastes, lifestyle and expectations. This process is of critical importance in making style recommendations that best suit the client’s personality, lifestyle and needs. The client’s likes, dislikes and comfort limits are detailed with an interactive Q&A session. The client’s expectations are addressed within a realistic framework and open communication is established about what is and is not possible. Information is provided about how the process works.
